We do not offer returns, refund and cancellation. Replacements are only available in trifleclub.

Replacements Are Accepted Only For-

• Size issues
• Wrong item received
• Defective or damaged item

• Requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.
• Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• Your delivery date will be sent to the Messages app on your device via India Post.

To claim a replacement, you must provide a full unboxing video (from seal cutting to showing the product completely). The video must clearly show the package being opened in front of the camera for verification.
